Liz is a specialist in Chinese cooking with over 30 years’ experience, Liz brings to you traditional Chinese/Asian style cuisine and tips from two generations of Asian cooking. 

“My culture has a big influence in my cooking techniques and styles. I have been cooking in traditional and modern restaurants for over 30 years and I still have a passion for it. Although I specialise in Asian cooking, my experience also expands over many other cuisines and techniques from pastas, curry’s, soups and one of my favourites…seafood. I would consider my culinary skills as home style Asian cooking with my own blend of traditional taste. I am a big advocate for flavour and taste which is shown in my flair for using spices and sauces to achieve the flavoursome dish! I am attracted to creating easy wholesome meals which the whole family can enjoy and you can prepare quick and easy.

I am excited to share with you my skills and recipes that are easy to replicate, for you to show and impress your family and friends. I look forward to meeting you at one of my Master Classes.”
